Access & Login

Can multiple people watch from the same account/login?

Each registered attendee must log in with their own email.

Sharing access could cause one viewer to be kicked out if another logs in with the same email.

Technical Requirements

Does the event work on mobile/tablet or is it desktop only?

Sessions are optimized for desktop but viewable on any mobile device.

Does the event require any downloads or plugins?

Nope — no downloads, apps, or plugins needed!

During Sessions

What if the live stream isn't loading or buffering?

Try refreshing your page (Ctrl + F5 for PC or Cmd + Shift + R for Apple desktops). If that doesn’t help, close extra tabs and make sure your internet connection is stable. We’re seeing higher than usual traffic, so a quick refresh usually fixes it!

What if there's no audio or video?

Check that your device isn’t muted and your video player volume is turned up. Refresh your page and close other apps using your camera or audio.

Can I switch quality settings if bandwidth is low?

Click the settings ⚙️ icon on the video player to adjust the quality. Lower quality uses less bandwidth and can help the stream play more smoothly.

Is there a refresh/reconnect option if I get kicked out?

No worries! Just refresh the page or log back in at https://igsummit.manychat.com/virtual/login. You’ll automatically rejoin the session where you left off.

How do I ask questions during live sessions?

Use the session chat feature!

Is there a chat feature? Where is it?

There are individual chats within each session as well as a general chat for between sessions and before/after the event.

Can I network with other attendees on the platform?

Please do! But try to keep any non-session feedback, greetings, or commentary to the general lobby or lounges. We want sessions to stay on topic as much as possible.

Are there any polls, downloads, or interactive elements?

Many sessions will come with guides and freebies you will access through QR codes and/or by messaging the speaker.

On-Demand/Replays

How long after the live event are replays available?

Pre-recorded sessions: Available about 30 minutes after each session ends.

Live sessions: Available within 24 hours after airing.

On-demand access: You’ll have access to all replays for four weeks after the event wraps up, except for Grace Beverly and Jesse Burgess’ sessions, which are only available 24 hours after the event ends.

Where do they find recorded sessions?

Find them in the event platform. Just click on the session you want to view.

Do replays expire? When?

Session replays are available for four weeks after the event, except for Grace Beverly and Jesse Burgess’ sessions, which are only available 24 hours after the event ends.

Can I download videos or only stream them?

Videos will be available for streaming only.

Account & Sharing

Is my access tied to one email account only?

Yes. Use the email address you used to purchase your ticket to log in. 

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

No. Each ticket is linked to an individual account.

What happens if I share my login info—will it lock me out?

If you attempt to log in using the same email from multiple devices, only one session will stay active at a time. If you try to open a new session on a different device, the platform may log you out of the previous one.
